When creating a user account, your email address is collected and processed by our service. This collection is carried out via Auth0, a third-party authentication management service. The legal basis for this processing is your consent as well as the execution of the contract binding you to our services. The personal data collected is kept only for the time necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted.

Processing Purposes

We collect your email address to allow you to authenticate and personalize your user experience based on your interests.

Refusing to provide your email address will prevent the creation of a user account and access to personalized features of the site, but you will still be able to view public content on the site.

Automated Decision-Making

Entropie does not use automated decision-making or profiling systems regarding your personal data.

Data Recipients

The collected data is intended for Entropie SAS. It may be transmitted to our technical subcontractors, particularly Auth0 (authentication service). Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union, in which case we ensure that they offer appropriate guarantees of protection in accordance with the GDPR.
